Le job coaching ou «supported employment» est un accompagnement intensif et individualisé d’une personne vers l’emploi et dans l’emploi avec l’accent mis sur l’autonomisation et la responsabilisation de la personne. Il est centré sur la mise en valeur et l’expression des ressources personnelles du travailleur en équilibre avec les besoins de l’entreprise.
Le service s’adresse à des personnes présentant des troubles psychiques et reconnues travailleurs handicapés, inscrites à l’ADEM comme demandeurs d’emploi ou actives au marché ordinaire de travail ou inscrites dans les services de l’ATP asbl.

Das Job Coaching “supported employment” ist die intensive und individuelle Begleitung einer Person bei der Arbeitssuche und anschliessend bei der Arbeit mit dem Akzent auf Autonomie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Es wird darauf geachtet dass die Wertschätzung und Ressourcenorientierung des Arbeitnehmers im Gleichgewicht mit den Interessen des Unternehmens sind.
Die Dienststelle richtet sich an Personen mit psychischen Problemen, die in Besitz des behinderten Arbeitnehmer Status sind und als Arbeitssuchende bei der ADEM* oder in einer der Werkstätten der ATP asbl eingeschrieben sind, respektiv an Personen, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt tätig sind.

The Job Coaching or “supported employment” is an intensive and individual support of a person to employment and in the employment with focus on autonomy and sense of responsibility. Care is taken to balance out the candidate’s personal resources with the companies’ needs.
The office is a contact point for persons with mental health problems who have the status of a worker with disability and registered as job-seeker at the ADEM* or for persons working on the labor market or working in a sheltered workshop of ATP asbl.
